Illustrated on a gridded background, various technical drawings of calipers and dividers are displayed, patented by J. Stevens on March 9, 1886. Figures 1 through 6 demonstrate different views and components of the instruments, with the patent number 387,531 noted at the top. The sketch includes signatures of witnesses and the inventor, emphasizing its authenticity as a historical patent document.
