I studied the History of Art and Architecture at the University of Pittsburgh. My studio training has been informally from the many friends and family I have had the fortune of knowing along this life’s journey. I work in acrylics, digital photo collage, mixed media and sculpture. My work is mostly influenced by the American Geometric and Abstract Impressionists. My love for 20th century architecture also plays a big part. Piet Mondrian, Jackson Pollack, Sol LeWitt and Frank Stella are some of the artists that heavily influence me. My art has been shown at Stillpoint Gallery (Brunswick, ME), Phoebus Gallery (Hampton, VA) and Artistic Creations in Virginia Beach, VA. Today the largest collection of my work can be enjoyed while fine dining at the Virginia Beach restaurant Salt.
